Daniel Clark serves as VP & Director of Business Development at NYCEDC, where he has overseen business attraction, expansion, and retention for NYC since 2017. Dan has a background in community development, including former roles as the Executive Director of the Staten Island Business Outreach Center and the Forest Avenue Business Improvement District. Youcif Almegaryaf is the Director of Investor Engagement at NYCEDC, where he leads the City’s capital attraction strategy. In this role, he positions NYC as a global destination for institutional investment. In addition to his work with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and other major investors, Youcif helps attract companies in the life sciences, FIRE, and other priority sectors to the City. Lia Manos is a Senior Project Manager on NYCEDC’s Business Development team. Her experience includes working with CBRE’s Investment Properties Institutional Group and with Alexandria Real Estate Equities. Her experience includes working with Times Square Alliance’s Policy, Planning and Research team, and as a fellow with the Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals focused on German-language and culture immersion.
